Square One Burgers aims to be different and succeeds. This is no fast food joint -- more like a trendy, upscale diner. But the restaurant's signature "Make Your Own Masterpiece" menu offers a variety of affordable options and lets you can pick your own meat, bun, toppings and sauce. There are so many choices, you'd need a mathematics degree to figure out the number of possible combinations. Whatever you settle on, get your meal started with the fried dill pickles appetizer and be sure to order an extra cup of the addicting chipotle ketchup.
