The Fox Jazz Club

Be warned: All this place cares about is how much money you are putting in their pocket. They automatically want to charge you $10 when you walk in, even if the band is not playing. They also want you to start a tab even if you are just there for dinner & automatically add a 20% tip to your bill. Their food is pretty good, but overpriced & their staff won't leave you alone. Never in my life have I been treated SO rudely by a place that's supposed to be all about service. When my friend & I voiced that we weren't happy about some things that we were "misled" about the place, the "manager" flat out told us that we were lying & that he didn't believe us. He actually started to raise his voice & talk OVER me - he clearly didn't care if we were satisfied with our meals or had a nice time. When we were on our way out, he followed us & had the audacity to ask us not to come back. So much for a nice relaxing evening listening to jazz. I don't even think this place deserves 1 star on here.

Wow! Under the new management of Toby Oldham the fox jazz club is coming back stronger than ever! By far the best jazz restaurant-club in the tampa bay area! don't be surprised if you happen to run into some of the countless tampa bay area celebrities! Music to die for, the kitchen, I think is by far better than ever! Great job you guys! we are so glad you are back!
