Kids area, DJ Pat George, food/drink by Webb Middle School, Ask-the-Vet, spay/neuter info, free dog training, bilingual assistance. Dogs must be leashed, puppies at least 3 months old for rabies shot. Sponsored by Hillsborough County Animal Services, Hillsborough Animal Health Foundation, and Best Friends Animal Society (Utah).
