Gasparilla Parade of Pirates

After the invasion of boats into downtown, pirates toss thousands of beads to thousands of people lining the sides of Bayshore Boulevard and the streets of downtown Tampa. Floats, marching bands and pirate crews parade from the starting point at Bay to Bay Boulevard and Bayshore Boulevard down Bayshore to Brorein Street, before turning east on Brorein and north up Ashley Drive until reaching Cass Street.
