Wheel Throwing

Materials Fee: $45 for clay, glaze and firing. Fee is due to the instructor on the first day of class.

Students will learn the basics of wheel throwing by forming and throwing simple shapes on the potter’s wheel. More advanced students will build upon the basics to create larger more advanced projects. Required supplies: dish towel, large sponge, small plastic bowl, 5-gallon bucket with lid, 1-gallon bucket, set of pottery tools, apron.
