We puchased the most expensive tickets. Really looking forward to sitting at the location listed on the tickets. Row 1 Table 2 seats 3 and 4. Well so much for that. We were sent to the balcony, had to fight with others for a chair. These were VIP tickets. RIGHT! The Ritz made changes and gave the front row to $75.00 tickets and out the $150.00 in the balcony. The management insulted our intelligence with. These are the best seats in the house....No beer upstairs. had to go downstair and had to leave someone at the seeats because others had none. The bar directly below the balcony was a non stop sound of talking over and above the concert. The lighting workers that were possitioned next to us talked through the concert because they were wearing head sets to do their job. The meet and greet that we were to get went to the $75.00 tickets and we were told to leave. I give Air Supply 5 stars. He never missed a note. As far as The Ritz....I will never attend again 0 Stars. When we went to the management they just palyed it off. They changed the sitting to get more money. We attend 20 plus concerts a year. Ritz will not be one of them....
