The Brewco's Old Elephant Foot IPA is one of the best examples of the style I've ever tasted, and most of their other brews are delicious, as well. (Particularly the Iron Rat Stout and the Moosekiller barleywine.) Also, their menu is a cut above your typical pub grub.
