We begin with the basics! Begin discovering how to isolate your muscles to move your body in the fluid ways specific to belly dance. All styles of belly dance begin with the same root technique, isolations, and layering. At this level we'll start exploring how to move our bodies in new and unusual ways! Discover muscles you've never had, gain coordination through engaging your body and your mind.
