ST. PETERSBURG - Our crawling toddler tore across the tile floor of the dimly lit Ratchada Thai Restaurant & Sushi Bar, scattering cautious servers in her wake, while the preschooler wailed to an audience of couples and families in cozy booths. (Full review)
