Welcome to the other side of fitness! If you are looking for a new and exciting workout, you found it. This high energy fitness class uses choreographed dance to get a total body workout. It incorporates funk, Latin, jazz, hip hop and other types of rhythm movement to the beat of music from all genres. No dance experience required!
This particular class is the instructional class where the dance routines are broken down step by step. Beginners are encouraged to start here.
