Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday on Siesta Key Public Beach website for start time. You should bring drinking water and a mat or a towel. Beginners are welcome. If you have never tried Yoga before or if you have never tried yoga on a beach, this is the class for you. These fun, easy and very effective hatha Yoga classes are taught on the beach next to the Gulf, by Ava, who has been teaching yoga for over 35 years.
