Children along with their parent will get the chance to learn all about guide dogs and the work that goes into creating these exceptional dogs. Over a 3-day course participants will get to interact with guide dogs-in-training, learn proper service dog etiquette, create fun craft projects, learn about vision impairments and receive a guided tour of Southeastern’s main campus in Palmetto.
