Zumba with Luz

Zumba classes in Sarasota at Longwood Park-off University Parkway, and minutes from I-75. No monthly contracts, just pay as you go. Open to all fitness levels, no prior experience required, just the desire to have fun and exercise for one hour. We have two classes on Saturdays: Zumba Toning at 9:10AM, followed by Regular Zumba at 10:05AM, take both classes for $10.00. If you are taking Zumba Toning, bring light weights, 3lb. max.
