Never before has a date in history been so significant to so many cultures, so many religions, scientists, and governments. "2012" is an epic adventure about global cataclysm that brings an end to the world and tells of the heroic struggle of the survivors.

Well, there is lots of action to keep the movie moving, but some of the stunts are so far beyond belief, it at times becomes somewhat laughable. The main characters stay pretty upbeat considering that the billions on earth die and only a small handful live. This movie was definitely over the top, but much better than the other sucky 2012 movie done earlier this year with the heavy religious overtones! Go see it and have some fun.
