Brima is a lesser-known restaurant hidden on the second floor of a building at the Lakeland Linder Regional Airport. Singles can sit at the bar and enjoy one of Brima's specialty cocktails created by the owner, while couples can share a romantic dinner at a table for two in front of the expansive windows on the exterior wall, which offer views of the runway and the pastoral landscape beyond. Not many restaurants in Lakeland are as trendy as Brima, or have charming owners like Matthew Harman, who can be found there nearly every day doing the cooking, bartending or greeting customers.
