Low/Medium Intensity Aqua Class
A low/moderate intensity class offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday that works participants at a steady pace using all parts of the body. The focus here is on flexibility, range of motion around the joints, strength and balance. After a good warm-up, choreography includes cardio exercises, muscle strengthening (using aqua-bells or noodles) and five to 10 minutes of active stretching. Fee is $55 for eight classes (two per week) or $75 for 12 classes (three per week).
