High Intensity Aqua Class

This high intensity class offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday is designed to elevate the heart rate and
burn calories. Choreography includes 30 minutes of cardio (including running, jogging and
jumping), 15 minutes of upper/lower body and core muscular strengthening (using aqua-bells
or noodles) and active stretching. Fee is $55 for eight classes (two per week) or $75 for 12 classes (three per week).
